My experience with CSI Home Inspections was great. He was able to get into the house very quickly to get the inspection done. The report he sent back was very thorough with lots of explanation, details, pictures and information. He followed up within a day after sending out the report to make sure he could answer any questions or provide more detail on anything I needed. We bought a house in Ituna, SK, and put an offer on it, sight unseen as we are from BC and would not have had a chance to physically look at it first. One of the conditions, of course, was a home inspection, and our realtor Jocelyn referred us to Jason from CSI. The report we received was exhaustive, detailed, contained many photographs and clearly listed any potential deficiencies and the recommended course of action to be taken. This report was received before we came to actually looked at the house, and we were able to use the report to perform a thorough on site inspection. The correlation between the report and what we found was remarkably accurate and consistent. We are very grateful for his great service, complete report, after-report communications, and made a successful offer on the home, to which we will move in July 2022. Thank you Jason!

The report is way behind my expectation. It is not just a inspection report, let's say it is a house 360 degrees tour, because it has a picture and details that when you see and read it you will see things that you can't see during the showing of the house. He spend lots of time and effort to give the complete information, details, ideas and suggestion for repair and future upgrade. Responsive for any question and explain everything vividly.

As an agent, what I like about Jason's inspections is the fact that he neither overstates or understates challenges or issues. He points out deficiencies matter of factly and the level of severity in terms of "needs to be done ASAP" or "should be done in the next year". He understands that we are selling imperfect, used residential homes and that there is no perfect house.

Jason was very through with his inspection. He provided pictures of the areas he looked at and also of any defects he found. He also wrote up an explanation and recommendation for all of it. The report he sent me had lots of information and left me feeling confident that I was making an informed decision despite me not being present. I will absolutely recommend Jason and this company to anyone I know who may need an inspection done. Also, the value for the money was outstanding. The pricing for the service was a pleasant surprise especially after hearing what friends and family had payed for the same service from different companies. 10/10 will use again.
