Jason did an amazingly thorough job of inspecting the home I want to purchase. Easy to talk to makes you feel like a valued customer. I could go on and on. If anyone in this area is looking for a home inspection I don't feel that you could find anyone better! Well worth the money. I feel that I know exactly what I am buying now.

Thank you to Jason for doing the inspection of my new home! Communication was easy and clear. Both the written report and our phone “walk through” were very helpful. Buying an older house can be a bit overwhelming. Now I feel much more confident that I can prioritize among the upgrades needed in my new home and work out a good budget and a schedule for renovations. Highly recommended.

As an agent, what I like about Jason's inspections is the fact that he neither overstates or understates challenges or issues. He points out deficiencies matter of factly and the level of severity in terms of "needs to be done ASAP" or "should be done in the next year". He understands that we are selling imperfect, used residential homes and that there is no perfect house.

I haven't met too many home inspectors as this would be my first purchased home but I know through this experience that I will only use Jason from CSI for any other home inspection in the future. Jason was very through with his inspection. He provided pictures of the areas he looked at and also of any defects he found. He also wrote up an explanation and recommendation for all of it. The report he sent me had lots of information and left me feeling confident that I was making an informed decision despite me not being present. I will absolutely recommend Jason and this company to anyone I know who may need an inspection done. Also, the value for the money was outstanding. The pricing for the service was a pleasant surprise especially after hearing what friends and family had payed for the same service from different companies. 10/10 will use again.

Jason is the BEST inspector you will ever find. Love referring Jason for many reasons. First, he is very professional and knowledgeable!! Second, Jason does NOT only do the home inspection but also does Commercial property inspection for my clients. Jason was able to do my house inspection within a week of contacting him. He did a very thorough inspection and within a few hours I had a very detailed photographed report. He went above and beyond by going back and having a look at a repair the seller was to do prior to possession to ensure it was properly done.
